Gaby – Director

Gabriella has a wealth of experience as a HR Business Manager and successful Recruitment Manager. Over time Gaby has developed a passion for Employment Law, and ER casework.

In her spare time, Gaby likes keeping active and enjoys travelling to tropical paradises and Ski resorts, where she mostly enjoys the après ski!

Gaby is an Associated Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development

Chris – Director

Chris has been in customer facing roles most of his career with a background in Customer Service, Account Management and Recruitment. Chris has always had a keen focus on relationship management and always has a customer centric approach when working with both our clients and candidates. Chris has worked in various industries and heads up our recruitment function at Bramah HR. Chris is solutions focused, is keen to actively listen and deliver quality over quantity with a desire to remove common recruitment pain points experienced by hiring managers and simplify processes for an efficient service for both clients and candidates he works with.

Outside of his work life, Chris loves to try to play golf with Seb, another member of the team, loves walking the family dog, our chief security officer Luther and is always keen to watch any form of football he can find!  

Sebastian – Recruitment Coordinator

Sebastian is a recent graduate, who has been with Bramah HR for a while now and has been going from strength to strength. 

In his time as a Recruitment Coordinator he has placed high level executives and perhaps the most remote placement ever made in the Orkney Islands. Sebastian continues to grow in his knowledge and skillset within the HR world, and he loves expanding his network. 

In his spare time, you will find Sebastian, rummaging in the bush for his golf ball and hitting high speed tennis serves on the tennis court, as well as spending time with his family and friends.

Dan – Recruitment Coordinator

Dan is a highly trustworthy individual giving both candidates and clients the best service as possible. From a background of customer service, Dan strives for high accuracy, attention to detail, quality service and the best possible results.

Whilst understanding the needs and qualities of a candidate, Dan also is able to build a strong rapport with clients to ensure you get the best candidate possible for your business. Dan believes that strong relationships lead to bigger and better results for everyone involved. Dan’s motto is “Work hard and play harder!”

When not in the office, you can normally find Dan at some sort of sporting event. Football, Cricket, Rugby, basically anything with a ball in, or spending some quality time with his mates. Dan recently brought a car for £700 and drove it 5000 miles around Europe to get him out of his comfort zone and returned with a new positive outlook on life, determined to achieve more and, with the high drive for success we see every day. Dan also believes that Chris is the best singer in the office, but you didn’t hear that from him. 

Briony – HR Administrator

Briony has been working in administration for 8 years since her youngest child started school. With a career background in IT, Briony is able to help us with our online HR tools as well as keeping our admin on point. 

A go to for anything Microsoft related, you will encounter Briony when raising contracts, handbooks and a multitude of other admin tasks.

Outside of work Briony is a keen walker and an enthusiastic gardener.

Justin – HR Manager

Justin is a highly experienced HR and Transformation Director with particular expertise in leading organisations through major business and people transformations. He has a particular affinity for Leadership development, at all levels, and a passion for empowering and supporting individuals and teams to deliver real and sustainable business results.

Justin operates within senior leadership teams to define and agree strategic plans, and ensure delivery of business benefits. He develops effective leadership behaviours in senior teams , building trust and cooperation across organisations from Board members to Union representatives.

In Justin’s free time he enjoys spending time with his family and cycling!

James – Recruitment partner

James has over 15 years’ experience as a successful Business Development and recruitment professional from within a variety of industries.

Having been a successful senior recruitment consultant, a hiring manager and having first-hand business development experience, he understands the pains that leaders have around finding the right talent appropriate for a business.  

As our specialist sales recruitment partner, James co-founded enthrive, a sales and business development recruitment company who consult clients that have opportunities within B2B sales. From technical pre-sales, outbound Business development managers, account executives, account managers and post-sales opportunities 

In his spare time, you’ll find James on the tennis court doing a bad impression of the next Nadal, on a sunny beach or in West London watching Chelsea FC

Luther – Chief Security Officer

Luther is our four legged Chief Security Officer and has been with the business for almost 2 years! Luther is infatuated with his tennis ball and can usually be found anywhere there is food.
