Responsibilities:
– Provide after sales support and information to customers via telephone & email.
– Resolve customer queries and complaints.
– Assist with all sales related documentation, placing orders and liaising with internal operational order fulfilment teams.
– Assist in raising relevant shipment documentation.
– Updating internal systems relating to customer contact/order status.
– Provide general support to the customer service team as instructed.
Skills:
– Ability to use Microsoft Office packages.
– Previous customer facing/ customer service experience desirable.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
– Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
– Customer focused approach.
– Ability to work well as part of a team but also independently using initiative.
