Responsibilities:
– To manage the day to day operations of the site, coordinating people teams, dealing with customer enquiries and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
– To assist in leading the on site F&B function coordinating daily operations, managing stock and ensuring food hygiene compliance.
– To assist in strategic direction of the site working closely with the park manager bringing new ideas to enhance or add to service offerings.
– To deal with any customer complaints or escalations should the need arise.
– To ensure health and safety procedures and measures are being adhered to at all times.
Experience:
– Food and Beverage operations experience is essential.
– Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
– High energy and a great people person.
– Previous management experience in the hospitality or leisure sectors desirable.
– Good leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
This role will require some weekend work and is an on site position full time.
