ER Advisor

Bramah HR is recruiting for an ER advisor to join a progressive and fast paced business based close to Windsor. Paying between £35k – £40k (DOE).

This is an ideal role for a strong HR Advisor with a passion for ER and delivering compliant but people focused ER advice. This role is pivotal in keeping the business moving in the right direction from a people management perspective and would offer a varied and exciting day to day.

Roles and Responsibilities

– Manage your own case load of ER queries through centralised HR platforms

– Provide ER support to senior leaders and Managers across the business

– Drive best practice and compliant HR activity

– Assist and collaborate wider HR team to promote the HR agenda

Skills

– Strong ER knowledge and proven ability to work with high volumes of case work in a fast paced environment

– Level 5 CIPD (Desirable)

– Strong employment law knowledge
