HR Manager

We are working on an exclusive basis with our client who is a dynamic and rapidly growing company committed to innovation and excellence in our industry. As the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s culture and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR function. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for driving HR initiatives that support our business objectives and foster a positive workplace environment. Paying between £50-£65k (Depending on Experience) 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a leadership role in developing and enhancing our HR function and the services it offers. Lead the ongoing development of our HR function and its services to the business.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, talent retention, and associated administrative tasks. Spearhead recruitment efforts, collaborating with hiring managers to identify needs and employ effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to staff across the organisation, ensuring they are equipped to navigate HR-related matters effectively.
  • Ensure full HR compliance within the company, staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, developing induction programs for new employees to help them integrate seamlessly into the organisation.
  • Proactively drive the development and implementation of HR processes and projects to improve overall efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
  • Craft and execute HR strategies that support the company’s growth and scalability. Work closely with the executive team to align HR initiatives with our business objectives.
  • Create and implement professional development and training programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth.
  • Establish performance management and appraisal processes, including regular feedback and goal-setting, to enhance employee performance.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture that mirrors the company’s values. Implement initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide support for office management duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally possess a Level 7 CIPD qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR leader in a rapidly evolving and growing organisation.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Hands-on approach with a proven track record of successfully executing HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and achieving tangible results.
