Bramah HR is recruiting for a fantastic multi faceted PA and administrator role for a brilliant business based close to Finsbury in central London. This is an ideal role for an experienced PA or senior administrator to work in a fast paced forward thinking business. This will be a hybrid role offering 1-2 days in the office with the rest as working from home. Paying £28k.
Responsibilities
– Diarise meetings for Client Advisors
– Ensure all scanning and filing is completed for all received post
– First point of contact via phone and email for clients calling into the business
– Distribute agendas for client meetings
– Use and update internal systems to map the client journey
– Management of application forms for Clients
– Ensure all electronic client forms are organised, updated and easily accessible.
Skills and Experience
– Able to deliver a client focused experience
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– 1 year + experience as a PA or Administrator in a fast paced environment
– Excellent IT skills
