HR Advisor

Are you an experienced HR Advisor searching for a new challenge and the chance to contribute to the HR function’s growth and development? We are looking for people that are proactive and versatile, have outstanding people skills, and can multitask in a fast-paced setting. This is a hybrid role working days in the office and 3 days from home.

Responsibilities:

•Employee onboarding, ID/Right to Work checks, and full employee life-cycle support

• Reporting to the Head of HR, People & Culture, and supporting the global HR department

• Assisting with Employee Relations and Engagement

• Providing basic HR support, serving as a point of contact for HR questions – handling the HR inbox

• Preparing HR documents, policies, and procedures, including benefits

• Assisting with recruitment activities, such as the PSL

• Gathering employee references and coordinating global background checks

Skills/ Experience:

• Ability to provide hands-on support to a SME (approximately 50-150) is required – this is not a shared-service function

• Good time-management skills with a pro-active attitude is required

• Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills
