Roles and responsibilities:

  • Strategy, culture, and policies, supporting the implementation of HR systems, and ensuring the management of redundancies is done accordingly.
  • Provide guidance on pay and other benefits.
  • Organise and develop effective onboarding plans and procedures.
  • Mange the recruitment process accordingly for the employee lifecycle.
  • Coach and support line managers on employee relational issues
  • Keep detailed records and monthly HR reports.
  • Maintain employee records on the company’s HR internal systems.
  • Maintain employee records on the HR management systems.
  • CIPD level 3
