HR Advisor


To collaborate with the operations team and the central people and culture teams in order to attract top talent and provide an engaging employee experience. allowing for enjoyment and growth while advocating for the welfare and well-being of coworkers.


· Provide expert advice and direction to centre leadership and management teams on People policies and procedures, as well as employee relations issues, by proactively working with managers to achieve optimal business and individual outcomes.

· Partner with centre management teams to address employee relations issues, guaranteeing quality and consistency through effective case management, which includes direct support and advice on investigations, disciplinary and capability issues, complaints, and grievances.

· Where there are any serious or formal incidents with our centre colleagues, communicate with the central People and Culture team, as well as complete the relevant administration procedures.

· Provide advise and encouragement to coworkers on how to manage their mental and physical health.

· Take the lead on welfare procedures at the centre. directing them to outside help and coordinating with colleagues who aren’t available

· Actively encourage the use of the Company Employee Assistance Program, ensuring that all employees are aware of how to get help.

· Actively promote company wellness initiatives

· Support wellness conversations and the completion of health and wellbeing risk assessments by collaborating with line managers.

· To make recommendations and take action, analyse data such as sickness absence statistics, EAP data, and employee survey feedback.

· Collaborate with department supervisors to provide a smooth transition for new and departing employees.

· Identify and market local attractions and possibilities for colleagues, coordinating with local businesses to agree on colleague benefits.

· Create and manage an event calendar for social activities.

· Practices of diversity and inclusion should be promoted.

· Maintain a positive working relationship with the central resourcing team while designing a resourcing strategy to fulfil centre personnel needs. This involves the following tasks: Workforce planning, Leading local recruitment drives

· Ensuring best-in-class resourcing in order to recruit top talent and protect our customers and colleagues.

· Support retention bonuses and ‘Refer a Friend’ programmes as well as other recruitment strategies.

· Upskill and train management teams in people management and payroll procedures, such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, and time and holiday management.

· Co-ordinate the delivery of all colleagues’ centre inductions.

· Promote and keep track of the company’s performance management needs.

· People Administrator Line Management

· Report on outstanding return to work interviews, health and welfare questionnaires, and risk assessments at Health and Safety Meetings.

Skills/ Experience:

· Hold a Level 5 CIPD qualification

· Have previous experience working in an HR role
