HR Advisor

BramahHR are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor for an interesting and varied role. You must be happy to be working full time in the office in Maidenhead alongside a small dedicated HR team. Excellent salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and advise to co workers about all HR related issues such as performance management, employee relations, absence policy etc
  • Self-initiate the development of programmes to enhance the employee experience
  • Responsible for the induction and on boarding process, and ongoing improvements for new co workers.
  • Implementation of employee engagement and well being programmes
  • Involvement in the whole employment life cycle from advertisements to retirements and everything in between
  • Working collaboratively with managers to enhance performance through evaluations and reviews.
  • Deliver HR developments at regular management and review meetings
  • Confident delivery when presenting HR metrics and analysis
  • Lead role in our EDI programme
  • Take responsibility for the upkeep of personnel training records.

Skills/ Experience:

  • Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualified
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in an HR role
  • Proved track record of self initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to produce clear, concise written communications
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across the company structure
