HR Assistant – Part-time

Are you an HR Assistant who is looking for a new part time role? We are hiring for our prestigious client based in Chippenham. This is a permeant part time role offering up to £25k (FTE).

Responsibilities:

  • The initial point of contact for a variety of routine HR questions.
  • To offer all support for HR administration.
  • Manage the administration of all pertinent HR systems, including the processing of new hires, movers, and departing employees as well as any contract adjustments that may arise.
  • Monthly payroll administration, including document collection and timely, correct data entry into pertinent spreadsheets.
  • Manage the timely processing of any in-life contractual changes as well as the administration of all pertinent HR systems, including processing new hires, movers, and leavers for payroll.
  • Oversee payroll administration on a monthly basis, making sure all deadlines are fulfilled and the information is accurate.
  • Ensure that HR systems and records are accurate.
  • Assist with common HR administrative activities and produce monthly.
  • Respond to all HR inquiries, including reference requests, questions about policies, and questions about occupational health and absences.
  • Maintaining the utmost level of secrecy; participating actively in HR projects; providing input on HR practises, procedures, and policies; and advising on any necessary updates and improvements.

Skills/ Experience:

  • CIPD qualified or part qualified
  • Previous HR Advisory experience
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Knowledge of GDPR
