BramahHR is actively seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to spearhead strategies in areas such as Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), reward and performance, or talent management. This role is pivotal in advancing our HR and Organisational Development strategies, driving organisational performance, fostering change management, and providing expert HR guidance. Onsite paying up to £55k.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in projects supporting development plans and strategic initiatives.
- Uphold values, ensuring compliance with health, safety, equal opportunity, and environmental policies.
- Fulfil other role-specific duties as necessary.
- Lead projects to enhance existing operations and support becoming an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with HR Advisors, offering strategic solutions for employee relations matters.
- Stay informed about HR regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Contribute to the formulation of overarching HR strategies.
- Provide expert advice and manage complex employee relations cases.
- Coordinate elements of projects to drive organisational development.
- Collaborate with internal communications for effective messaging.
- Deliver HR services to departments, cultivating productive relationships.
- Ensure timely issuance of updated employment contracts.
- Collaborate on identifying improvements and innovative solutions.
- Oversee compliance with recruitment standards and accurate record-keeping.
- Analyse staff turnover, presenting retention strategies.
- Support employee development, aiding in personal growth plans.
- Collaborate in succession planning and self-development initiatives.
- Perform additional relevant responsibilities as required.
Skills/ Experience
- Extensive background as an HR Business Partner or in a versatile HR role
- Possesses a minimum of 3 years’ experience in case management, change management, information system management, and policy development
- Comprehensive understanding of employment law with the ability to apply concepts in a flexible manner, balancing legal compliance with a solutions-oriented approach
- Demonstrates a strong grasp of employment law, effectively integrating it into decision-making with a problem-solving focus
