HR Business partner

Bramah HR is recruiting for an experienced HRBP to join one of our clients. This is a strategic senior role aimed at ensuring that the key HR initiatives are delivered and consequently adhered to around the wider business. This role will report directly into senior leadership and will give you the opportunity to play a pivotal role with this particular organisations people strategy. A national role with travel required this organisation offers a car allowance as part of the remuneration package.   • You will create and successfully implement the HR agenda in accordance with the business plan as a member of the leadership team.
  • Ensure an efficient overall HR service is delivered by collaborating well with other HR function members.
  • Offer business partnering solutions from the planning stage of business strategies to plan execution.
  • Updates on HR performance in relation to agreed-upon goals should be provided, and adequate governance should be in place in accordance with corporate risk management and reporting criteria
  • To create, track, and evaluate essential HR Management data in order to realise and enhance strategic initiatives and support established company strategies.
  • Make sure that all TUPE Transfers are handled efficiently and in accordance with deadlines that satisfy legal requirements. Work together with ER and other HR colleagues to achieve complete compliance.
  • Offer each senior team member the right amount of assistance so they can grow as people managers and maximise their value to the company.
  • Participate actively in visiting client and re-bid presentations for potential clients with the senior management team with the aim of showcasing the people strategy and proposition.
  • Establishing and keeping positive working relationships with union representatives to prevent IR problems and aid in the execution of corporate projects.
  • Cooperate with the ER Team, in particular the Head of HR, to make sure that all operational HR activity is completed in accordance with established SLAs and meets business requirements.

Skills/ Experience:

  • Hold a CIPD Level 5
  • Have experience and be able to demonstrate capabilities of working strategically
  • Experience of working in a similar role and have HR BP experience
  • Strong employment law knowledge
  • Experience of Trade Union negotiations
  • Experience of generalist HR responsibilities
