Are you an experienced HR Manager? Have you got experience of managing a HR function and team? Our client is hiring in the team for an HR Manager offering hybrid working of 1-2 days from the office and the rest from home. Paying up to £48k (DOE).
Responsibilities:
- Manage a group of HR specialists and make sure they can complete their assigned HR tasks.
- Provide support for challenging employee relations casework to management.
- Provide guidance that complies with employment legal regulations and organisational practises that reduce risk.
- Review absences with the SLT and offer direction and advice on this.
- Create regular reports to aid in the decision-making process for operations and strategy.
- To ensure all payments are accurate, collaborate with the payroll manager.
- Provide wide-ranging HR services, including HR policies, HR procedures, and other HR matters.
- Encourage the conduct of exit interviews.
- Make sure the employee benefits package are always competitive.
- Take the lead on projects involving organisational transformation, like TUPE and reorganisation design.
- Work with the Recruitment Manager to ensure that all recruitment activities are completed and that the recruitment strategy is perfuming.
Skills/ Experience:
- Hold a Level 5 CIPD
- Excellent employment law knowledge
- Experience of managing ER casework
- Experience of leading on OD including TUPE, reorganisation and redundancy projects.
