Learning and Development Executive

Bramah HR is recruiting for a Learning and Development professional to join a brilliant business based on site at the head office in Liverpool. This is a business in the industrial/Engineering sector so would suit a candidate with experience in this type of environment. A brilliant lead role where you would be solely responsible for developing, enhancing and delivering compelling training material to up skill new and current staff across the entire organisation.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning programs
– Design, develop, and deliver engaging and interactive training materials to support employee onboarding and continued success in their roles
– Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
– Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement
– Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
– Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure all training materials are up to date
– Assist in the implementation of new learning technologies and tools

Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
– Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training delivery
– Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
– Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is preferred
