Office Manager

Are you a strong Administration or Office Manager? Are you looking to work for a company that makes a difference with environmental impact. This is a permanent full time opportunity with part time considered offering up to £38k (FTE).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead with internal and external communications
  • Managing the day-to-day office activities.
  • Supporting the directors with any administration needs such as diary management.
  • Promoting the business within the community and trying to raise the company profile.
  • Directing our recruitment marketing and assisting in the creation of a strong brand for us as one of the top employers for candidates.
  • Ensure that the group has access to the materials, data, tools, and facilities needed to perform.
  • Draft contracts of employment for new starters.
  • Support the finance team with payroll administration.
  • Support with the employee lifecycle.

Skills/ Experience:

  • Experience in general HR administration.
  • Knowledge of office management, including knowledge of health and safety.
  • Have a strong administrative background.
  • Strong attention to detail is key.
