Operations Administrator

Job Description

Supporting the head of internal operations, this is a great platform role for an aspiring employee. Based near Fleet Hampshire this is a full time permanent role, working for a cutting edge IT company with fantastic benefits. This exciting role helps to support and guide the rest of the business to work within the existing operating system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent administrative support to the Head of Internal Operations
  • Delivery of in house training on the existing platform
  • Updating pages, maintaining information and taking ownership of the upkeep of existing software
  • Working with other internal departments to follow existing processes
  • Administration of benefit system, liaise with suppliers and accurate reporting of data
  • Multitasking in order to manage complex schedules and meet deadlines
  • Upholding best practice in systems use and being a representative of this at all times.
  • Overseeing and developing the ISO9001 management processes

Key skills:

  • Experience of working within a similar role essential
  • Approachable manner with a positive outlook
  • Confident and assertive in face-to-face meetings
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other IT programmes
  • Effective communicator both written and verbal
  • Trainer experience is desirable
  • Ability to manage a busy workload with excellent time management
  • Confident when working as a team player whilst retaining the ability to use own initiative
  • Strong organisational skills
