Recruitment Administrator

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Recruitment Administrator. You will work closely with our Recruitment Business Manager and assist in sourcing new HR, Finance, Office Support, and Safeguarding roles, making a valuable contribution to the growth of the business. Part time hours are offered and hybrid working, paying between £22-£25k FTE (DOE).

Responsibilities:

  • Updating New Business Spreadsheet: Maintain and update the New Business spreadsheet on a daily basis, adding a minimum of 50 new leads per day to ensure a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Database Management: Keep our ACT database current by inputting all new correspondence from prospects and clients, helping us stay organised and responsive.
  • Task Scheduling: Schedule calls and tasks for the Recruitment Business Manager within ACT, ensuring a well-structured workflow.
  • Role Progress Tracking: Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to update ACT with progress on live roles, contributing to our team’s efficiency.
  • Terms of Business Documents: Assist in drafting Terms of Business documents for individual clients when required, demonstrating a commitment to professionalism.
  • Social Media Support: Create and schedule engaging social media posts using tools like Canva and Loomy, helping us build our online presence and connect with potential candidates and clients.
  • HR Administration: Provide valuable support in HR administration, including drafting contracts of employment and updating our HR database.

Skills/ Experience:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
