Recruitment Assistant

BramahHR is looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join a fantastic business based close to Aston Clinton. This position will be responsible for assisting with the end to end recruitment of new employees for the organisation.

Essential Duties

  • Assist with the recruitment process by conducting interviews, networking, and sourcing candidates
  • Conduct background checks on new starters
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new hires
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and conduct on-site interviews
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Attend recruitment fairs to elevate the organisation’s profile and advertise vacancies

Required Skills and Qualifications
·Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
·Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
·Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
·Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
·Ability to work in a team environment while maintaining autonomy.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£27,900.00 per year
