Sales Administrator

We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator based near Fleet Hampshire. This is a full time permanent role, working for a cutting edge IT company with fantastic benefits. This exciting opportunity will be a busy role supporting a team of account managers.  Fantastic communication skills and on point organisation are vital as you will be liaising with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing sales support administration of the highest calibre

Scheduling appointments and updating calendars for account managers

Updating both customer and supplier records

Handling of internal and external phone calls and emails

Ensuring all communication records are up to date and filed appropriately

Preparation of sales contracts and agreements

Working with other internal teams on administrative tasks

Competent in researching and identifying potential sales leads

Key skills:

Experience of working within a similar support role essential

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other IT programmes

Effective communicator both written and verbal

Ability to manage a busy workload and give regular comprehensive updates to line manager

Proven ability to provide a customer focused service.

Confident when working as a team player whilst retaining the ability to use own initiative

Strong organisational skills

Excellent telephone manner
