Talent Acquisition Specialist

BramahHR is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work for a great organisation and assist the Recruitment Manager with a variety of fascinating recruitment and onboarding tasks. The role offers hybrid working and is paying up to £38,500 (DOE).

Responsibilities:

  • Talking to hiring managers to figure out what’s needed for current positions.
  • Working with our job boards to ensure we are accessing a diverse candidate pool.
  • Updating job advertisements with a specific focus on attracting a more diverse workforce.
  • Assisting hiring managers with CV and application screening.
  • Preparing interview packets and offering expert advice during interviews.
  • Communicating with agencies on our PSL about permanent, temporary, and contract job openings.
  • Providing up-to-date and accurate recruitment information.
  • Organising recruitment activities such as assessment centres.
  • Consistent and timely communication with the rest of the HR team.
  • Attend job fairs and networking events, as well as serve as a brand ambassador.
  • Keeping up with the latest talent market trends.
  • Assisting the Recruitment Manager with ad-hoc recruitment campaigns and projects.

Skills/Experience:

  • Ability to manage changing priorities while keeping organised and efficient
  • Experience with an ATS system
  • Ability to recruit effectively for a diverse workforce
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities
  • Strong stakeholder management ability
  • Experience with an ATS system having a recruiter might be beneficial, but it is not required.
